Donors involved with CoST
CoST was initiated by the Department for International Development (DFID) and it has remained the major donor for the CoST pilot phase globally and in the pilot countries.

The World Bank has also supported CoST globally and provides technical assistance at the international level and in pilot countries.
DFID and the World Bank are represented on the CoST International Advisory Group (IAG).
The Asian and African Development Banks, and other donors, have been engaged in pilot countries where they operate as observers or members of the mulit stakeholder groups or as part of CoST stakeholder fora.
