PROPOSED APPROACH IN CHANGING STAKEHOLDERS' MIND SETS TOWARDS ACHIEVING CoST GOALS

My approach in this regard will be to work hand in hand with the Multi - Stakeholder Group Members so that we first of all train the key players in the publicly funded projects on the relevance of CoST and why we should promote it.

My belief is that, if that group of players, followed by the contactors and Consultants will clearly understand CoST, then implementation of procedures as well as projects will be done transparently and responsibly.

There after, the ordinary citizens will be sensitized on the whole advantages and benefits of CoST to them and the country, which will enlight them on how they are part and parcel of those projects through their contributions via taxes imposed on their various activites.

Last, I am very optimistic that together we can achieve this noble gaol, though it will take us sometime to change people's minds especially those who plan, design and implement those projects, to mention just a few.
