I am very interested in promoting CoST in my country because of of its objective - to inhance transparency and accountability which willl ensure that tax - payers monies is well spent and in an expected quality of the intended infrastructure. This is largely because, towards the end of the day, tha vast majority of the Members of Public, are the ones who rely on those infrastructures in different ways, ranging from buildings of hospitals schools and so forth. Briefly, whoever will be ready to take projects which are publicly funded, must make sure that she / he produces the quality of project which tallies to the money invested for people to clearly see the value for their monies and hence increase confidence to the public entities and its related institutions.
