Baseline
The baseline studies, procured by each MSG in accordance with standard Terms of Reference (available below), provide data and analsyis of the current levels of disclosure of Material Project Information (MPI) in each country.
The studies were used by MSGs to indentifdy the major systemic weaknesses and strenghts and informed the focus of CoST in each country. In the future, the studies will provide the basis against any progress and changes will be assessed.
All pilot countries have noe completed their baseline studies and they have beend disclosed or will be disclosed shortly. In many countries, the MSGs organised workshops with stakeholders to discuss the baseline results and their implications for CoST.
The Intrenational Secretarat has collected, analysed and recorded the baseline data and the learnings from the processes used to collect and analyse it. The draft international analysis available below, provides the highlights, main findings and lessons learned.
