National sub-framework

National Sub-frameworks are tables that set out how each MSG intends, primarily by measuring core indicators, to record progress towards the achievement of the sub-outputs for which it is responsible. The national sub- framework is the primary focus of the MSGs and needs to be finalised by each MSG.
