Philippines Case Study
The Philippines is one of the first countries to start piloting CoST, building on 19 years’ experience in fighting corruption in the sector. Much has been learned during this time from which other countries may benefit, and which has not yet, to our knowledge, been documented in a meaningful or accessible way. The Secretariat has tendered a study of the experience and the tender was won by Procurement Watch.
