Pilot results
The results from the pilot phase demonstrated that the CoST approach is technically viable in government systems and across all construction subsectors, and has yielded useful lessons for applying the approach more broadly.
Two international comparison reports have been produced by the International Secretariat that analyse the findings across the pilot countries. The first report examines the process of information disclosure from 84 construction projects in the 8 pilot countries and the analysis of the assurance team findings. The second report examines the baseline studies from each country and reports on the common themes and differences.

The Briefing Note series presents a concise overview of the outcomes and lessons from the CoST Pilot:
